Your article here says that a user won’t be without a phone through the whole process, when my phone was picked up, however I was not given a replacement device – the executive refused to acknowledge this.

The option you’re referring to is when an end-user selects door-to-door replacement. Currently, not all regions within India are mapped for this feature but we’re certainly working on it to expand it to as many places as we can.
